Kyle's Fried Chicken

Getting his start in Toronto, Kyle was initially trained in French cuisine. Despite this, his heart has always been in southern BBQ and fried chicken. (Can't say that we blame him)

After seven years spent perfecting the recipe, we can say with confidence that Kyle makes one hell of a fried chicken sandwich. The meat is tender & juicy, the batter is crispy and well seasoned. When topped with a creamy Alabama white sauce, house-made slaw, a few tangy dills & sandwiched between a soft potato roll you can tell before taking the first bite that you're about to experience something special.

Kyle works primarily out of the Dundas Street hot-spot 'Grace Restaurant' and had this to say about the experience.

"Angie, who is the head chef at Grace is truly one of the best people i've had the pleasure of knowing. She has allowed myself and others to use this space as somewhat of an incubator where we can grow our brands and thrive within a group of likeminded people."

Kyle typically sells his food in a pop-up style format across London, Ontario and more often than not, will sell out within the first few hours.

When asked how COVID-19 has impacted his business, Kyle had nothing but good things to say.

"Surprisingly we've seen an influx of community support throughout the pandemic. People need connection now more than ever and i'm happy that we've been able to provide that in a sense."

Kyle will be doing a pop up on February 13th from 12pm - 7pm at London's Beerlab.
